Getting off the hamster wheel

What is the hamster wheel? Getting off the wheel means getting off your constant mindset of negativity. People are often caught up with drama at the workplace and continue to hamper on the wheel. However, the wheel can have various meanings? The wheel can represent a depressed individual to constantly speak about their past events that are associated with negativity.

For example an individual can continuously hamper on the fact that their ex husband took all their money 15 years down the road. It is understood that the justification is needed to obtain the money, however, the fact of the matter is that the issue is now very old. The individual now needs to forget what has happened and move past the issue. How will this work? Ask the individual that every time they think of the same situation that occurred in the past to force themselves to think about something positive. For example, think about something you enjoy eating, play music to distract yourself, and so on. The main point is to try and not bring yourself back to the same situation as it is unhealthy. You need to move past this stage and move forward.
